Blazer Exchange Program

The North Geelong Secondary College Blazer Exchange Program is designed to provide students with affordable access to the official uniform while promoting affordability and sustainability. Many families find that students quickly outgrow them long before the garment wears out.

This reduces financial pressure on families and ensures that every student has the opportunity to wear the correct uniform with pride.

Our Exchange Program has three clear goals;

• Accept donations of Blazers for students who are leaving the College or no longer require it (any state accepted, dry cleaning not required) 
  All donated blazers can be left at the Administration Office for processing.
• Exchange smaller sized Blazers for larger subject to availability
• Sell smaller sized Blazers at a discount to incoming junior students

The Dates where families can bring in an existing blazer for exchange or to purchase a preloved blazer;

• Wednesday, 17th December 2025 8am - 9am & 3pm - 4pm
• Tuesday, 15th January 2026 11am - 2pm
• Thursday, 11th June 2026 11am - 2pm

Please sign in at the administration office and you will be directed to the conference room where exchange and purchases will take place. 

Blazer conditions of return;

• Blazer must be dry cleaned for exchange (please supply the dry cleaning receipt dated within 2 weeks of the exchange.)
• Blazer must be in good conditions (e.g. not missing buttons/ ripped stitches etc.)
• Blazer must not have any marks, blemishes or identifiable characteristics (student names etc.)

Please be patient and mindful that this Blazer Exchange program is an establishing process and we may not necessarily have initial stock of all the blazers sizes, but are working to accommodate these needs as the program expands as it is being introduced in 2025 for the 2026 school year.
